The Process

This project involved multiple components that provided valuable learning experiences. I began by creating two user personas, analyzing two competitors and identifying the critical path for user testing and redesign. I chose to focus on streamlining access to the grades page within the app, I conducted user testing to uncover valuable insights, which then guided me in the wireframing process to create layouts for easier grade accessibility.

Usability Testing

For my interface usability testing, I had two users participate in completing the critical path journey which involved successfully adding a new medication. Overall they found navigating the interface very easy completing the journey in under 30 seconds and their feedback highlighted that some screens appeared too empty. To address these concerns in my high-fidelity prototype, I adjusted the white space to ensure a visually engaging overall experience.
